Shipping is usually done via UPS or FedEx, or whichever carrier is most economical.
We insure full value on all packages.

For in-stock items, we give full credit if the product is returned within 15 days, undamaged, including credit for return shipping.  Refunds will be made in the same manner payment was rendered.  Call us for an RMA number and shipping instructions at 440-452-5751.

Custom products designed to your specifications cannot be returned.  If you are unhappy with the final result, give us a call.   We will fix or replace defects and our mistakes to your satisfaction.
